The day of the grand finals at Concord Iași Open 2022

Today we will find out the names of the deserving champions of the 3rd edition of the ATP Challenger 100 tournament "Concord Iași Open", the most powerful men's tournament in Romania.
The first match of the final gala, held on the central field at the Ciric Sports Base, will be the final of the doubles match in which the pairs Geoffrey Blancaneaux / Renzo Olivo (France / Argentina) and Diego Hidalgo / Cristian Rodriguez (Ecuador / Colombia, Nr. . 2).
The match will start at 13.00.
Interestingly, Blancaneaux and Olivo won all 3 matches in a minimum of sets, but 4 of the 6 sets ended in a tie-break. In the quarterfinals, the two finalists passed the favorites no. 2, the Austrians Erler and Mielder.

Meligeni and Andujar, finalists in the singles event
The final of the singles event will be played no earlier than 15.00, between the Brazilian Felipe Meligeni Rodriguez Alves (24 years old, 169 ATO, favorite no. 8) and the Spaniard Pablo Andujar (36 years old, 105 ATP, favorite no. 2) .
Both finalists have won decisively one of the four matches played so far. Meligeni, right in the first round, with his compatriot Pereira, and Andujar in the semifinals, with the Brazilian Pucinelli De Almeida. Otherwise, victories in a minimum of sets for the two.
The champion will win 12,250 euros and 100 ATP points, while the finalist will remain with 60 points and a cash prize of 7,200 euros.
