Prequalification tournament for "Concord Iași Open 2021". Wild card for the winner!

The organizers of "Concord Iași Open 2021", the largest ATP men's tennis tournament organized in Romania this year, and the Romanian Tennis Federation (RTF) announce the holding of a Prequalification Tournament for all Romanian players.

Thus, starting with July 5, 2021, on the grounds of the Ciric Sports Base in Iași, which will also host the ATP tournament, will take place a Category 1 RTF tournament, for seniors, with a draw of 32.

The winner of this tournament will be rewarded with a Wild-card in the "Concord Iași Open 2021" Qualifications.

So far, the organizers have announced that the first Wild-Card in the qualifications has been awarded to Alexandru Coman, one of the most talented and valuable young players in Romania, the 1st place in the RTF ranking at both 16 and 18 years old, and who just won the U18 National Individual Summer Championships in 2021, held in Oradea.

"Concord Iași Open", organized by the Concord Service Center company, in partnership with Iași City Hall and RTF, is the most important men's tennis tournament in Romania.
The tournament is one of the ATP Challenger 100 category (which means that the winner of this tournament will receive 100 ATP points) and is endowed with total prizes worth 88,520 euros.

The qualifications of the ATP tournament in Iași, whose director is Daniel Dobre, will take place on July 10 and 11, 2021, and the tournament will start on Monday, July 12, and will end on Sunday, July 18, 2021.
